New date of fair

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Due to the condition of the cosmetic and hairdressing industry resulting from the restrictions and the applicable ban on providing services in this segment in connection with the coronavirus epidemic, we have decided that the LOOK and BeautyVISION Fairs will not be held on the scheduled dates in June. Following consultations with our exhibitors and partners, with full understanding of their current business situation, the Management Board of Grupa MTP decided to postpone the beautyVISION fair until 12-13 September 2020. It also decided to organise the jubilee 20th edition of the LOOK fair next year on 24-25 April 2021.

Due to the specific nature of the sectors and above all with respect to the differences in the objectives pursued by hairdressing and cosmetic companies during our fair as well as due to accompanying events, the beautyVISION Cosmetics Forum will take place exceptionally in September. On the other hand, the LOOK Hairdressing Forum will take place in spring next year.

We believe that the solutions we offer you will prove most beneficial for both the hairdressing and the cosmetic industry and we do hope that we will all meet at the new dates of events at the premises of MTP Poznań Expo.

The tickets you have purchased remain valid and may be used for events in September 2020 or April 2021. Your tickets can also be exchanged for a voucher to be used for any event sold through the website www.tobilet.pl. If you decide to exchange your ticket, please provide us with your feedback by e-mail to the address: info@tobilet.pl by 15 June 2020.

At the same time, we would like to inform that in connection with the entry into force of the new provisions of the Act of 2 March 2020 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 374, as amended) referred to as the “anti-crisis shield”, the deadline for reimbursement of funds paid by you has been extended to 180 days. Pursuant to Article 15(1) of the aforementioned Act, “An undertaking pursuing the activity related to the organisation of exhibitions and congresses or cultural, entertainment, recreational and sport activities or organising thematic exhibitions or open-air events, in the event of termination of a contract with a customer which is directly linked to the outbreak of the SARS-CoV-2 virus epidemic, is obliged to return the funds paid by the customer within 180 days from the date of effective termination of the contract.” We apologise for any inconvenience.
